Grounds for the First Appeal:
No information furnished by the PIO within stipulated time.

Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
The FAA stated that the PIO has already furnished the information but Complete information should be
furnished to the Appellant within 15 days time . Appeal disposed.

Ground of the Second Appeal:
Information furnished by the PIO, not satisfactory.

The appellant has two major issues in the information provided by the PIO:
1- No property number was mutinied in the initial replies and this was mentioned only after the
order of the FAA. The PIO is directed to ensure that in such RTI applications the number of
the property is mentioned when the replies are given.
2- Specific information on the complaint of the Appellant has not been provided.

The PIO is directed to provide the action taken on the complaint in the following format:

*there will be as many rows as the number of officers who handled the complaint.

Attested photocopies of all letters and notings will be provided.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.
