श्री प्रभुनाथ सिंह : अध्यक्ष महोदय, १३वीं लोक सभा में यूटीआई का मामला उठा था और जिस समय आप वहां आसन पर नहीं, बल्कि इस सीट पर हमारे सामने बैठे हुए थे, तो एक माननीय सदस्य ने यूटीआई के मामले में कैबिनेट सैक्रेटरी का एक पत्र दिखाया था, जिसमें चुनौती दी गई थी कि यह जाली है या सही है। इसमें जांच की बात उठी थी कि इस मामले में सीबीआई से जांच कराई जाएगी। जिस माननीय सदस्य ने उस सवाल को उठाया था, वे कोई दूसरे व्यक्ति नहीं, बल्कि इस सदन के कल के सांसद श्री प्रिय रंजन दासमुंशी जी हैं, जो आज कैबिनेट में मंत्री हैं। *…* उस पर कोई कार्रवाई न हो, इसे हम अति गंभीर बात मानते हैं। हम आपसे निवेदन करते हैं कि उस जाली चिट्ठी पर आप जांच करवाएं। अगर वह जाली
