Prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is for protection

of his life and liberty. Dispute in the present case is, prima-facie, of civil

nature. Respondents no.5 and 6 had agreed to sell one house to the

petitioner but the same was sold to somebody else instead of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be

permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate

remedy available to him in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
