The matter was heard on 10/06/2009. Shri G.H. Ratra, (Deputy L&DO) would
submit that this matter has already been decided by this Commission vide decision dated
11/12/2008 in appeal No.CIC/WB/a/2008/00409.

2. It appears that the complaint has been mistakenly registered by the Registry. The
concerned employees are expected to be careful in future.

DECISION

3. Hence, the complaint is ordered to be closed.
