The employees who had taken benefit of LTC NER package in year 2010, the full reimbursement was given to them for their air tickets, though they were not entitled for that. Provide the copy of order passed by Indian Government and NPCIL, wherein the details of package entitlement as per the group of employee has been mentioned. 2. The employees of Rajasthan Atomic Electric Energy Department 1-6 who were taken benefit of LTC NER in the year 2008-2009, will the cash back of above said be deposited after the inquiry of Air India and other flying services. The PIO reply: 1. Copies are attached with the LTC (North East Zone). 2. According to relating entitlement orders, the copies are attached of LTC related to Air Travel orders. Grounds for the First Appeal: Unsatisfactory reply was given to the appellant by the PIO. Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA): 1. The information available with the Department has already been provided vide letter No. NPCIL/VSB/CPIO/993/RAPS/2011/382 dated 03.05.2011. 2. All the orders pertaining to Government of India LTC are available on website www.persmin.nic.in. 3. It is neither mandatory nor feasible to get all the tickets verified from Air India. So as and when it is found that tickets are doubtful, the concerned section send the same for verification from the concerned agency.
