and perused the record.

This is the correction application no.177413 of 2010.

After perusing the record, the order dated 27.4.2010 is hereby corrected
by mentioning ‘3(1)’ in place of ‘2/3’ in the fourth line of fifth paragraph of
the order.

Office is directed to correct the certified copy accordingly.

Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
