New Delhi, 01 June, Adhivakta Parishad, a nationalist all India advocate organization, organized a Conference on “Loktantra ki Chunautiyan aur Hamari Pratikriyayen” (Challenges of Democracy and our Reactions) at Indian Law Institute (ILI). Chief Guest & Speaker of the programme was Advocate Dr. A. P. Singh, a well known Jurist & Law Thinker.
Mr. Singh on this occasion expressed his feelings towards constitution and stated that soul of the Constitution is Eqality and Justice and these days the soul is in danger because of Appeasement policy and vote politics.
New State Council had been also constituted and declared on this occasion.
Mr. Bhagwan Swarup Shukla, Advocate Delhi High Court, associated with a renowned law firm of Delhi ‘Aggrawal Law Associates’ became new State President of Delhi Adhivakta Parishad. Mr. Vikash Mahajan Advocate Delhi High Court, repeated his post as State General Secretary (Mahamantri).
Advocate Monika Arora and Advocate R.P. Sharma became new Vice President of Delhi Adhivakta Parishad. On the post of State Secretary Advocate Rajeev Kumar, Vikash Gupta, Gyanendra Singh have taken the charge. Advocate Mr. Pahwa took the charge of Treasurer of Adhivakta Parishad.
On this occasion Former Dy Spaker of Delhi State Assembly Advocate Alok Kumar, National General Secretary of Adhivakta Parishad and Supreme Court Advocate Mr. D. Bharat and National Organizing Secretary of Adhivakta Parishad Mr. Kamlesh Singh were present.

sir, namaskaar, agar hamare desh ke legal system ko sudharana ho to isme kuch sudhar karane hoge.(1) sabse pehle kanoon ka sahi palan ho aur kanoon todane wale ko saza avashya mile. litigation karane wale ko to litigation ke liye zurmana dena pade vaisa kanoon ho. (2) vakil log case ko bahut lamba chalate hain. paksh aur pratipaksh pure case ke dauraan teen se jyada adjournments na le, varna heavy fine ka dand rakhen.(3) jo kaam online ho saktha hain wo online hi ho.(4) aaj kal judge logo par bhi logo ka vishwas kam hota ja raha hain. agar case bahut lamba chale to uski jawaabdaari vakilo ke saath judge ki bhi honi chahiye, (5) hame hamare purane judicial system ko revive karana chahiye. har samaj ke ganmanya vyakthiyon ko apane apane samaj me ho rahe anyay ko nipatane ke liye pehel karani chahiye.(6)aajkal aise vakilo ki bhi kami nahin hai jo jhoothe documents banavakar evam forged signature kar ke logo ko thagathe hain. dhanyavaad.lambe chalane waale case ke karan kai log depression ki jindagi jine ko majboor hain. please kuch kijiye.
