Is it possible to provide security to so many crucial points at National capital? Even if somebody approaches Hon’ble Court for Justice, whether Judiciary can think of human possibility (justiciability) of possible action against terror. One can think of reasonable and possible attacks in a particular area /location. Hope the Hon’ble Court understands the human limits and spending public funds. Can we think of providing security to every citizen or can we imagine a particular person is expected to indulge in terrorist activity.
The media, before seeking comments from public also make available the W.P. No. and grounds furnished to the Hon’ble Court on which public can comment or take reaction of the citizens of India in general, if media thinks it is so important. Otherwise, the innocent citizen may be committing serious contempt of the legal authority.
