A city court today directed fresh property attachment proceedings against underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his aide Chhota Shakeel, absconding in IPL spot- fixing case, even after the Delhi Police submitted that such action has been taken against them in 1993 Mumbai blasts case.
Following the court’s earlier direction, the Special Cell of Delhi Police informed it that properties of Dawood and Chhota Shakeel were already attached in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.
