A tribunal for taking up disputes related to public works contracts will soon become functional as its chairman has been appointed, the Gujarat High Court was informed by the state government Thursday.
The state government submitted that Judicial Officer K.M. Vin has been appointed chairman of the Gujarat Public Works Contract Arbitration Tribunal.
The submission came before the division bench of Justice Bhagwati Prasad and Justice J.C. Upadhyaya after a petitioner sought the court’s intervention over the non-functional tribunal.

i m teacher in higher secondary granted school, i am going to retired on may 2013. since long we have been offered leave encashment for 300 days. Suddenly the authority started giving encashment for 150 days. this is sheer injustice to the employee who has saved 300 leaves in span of 32 years, please clarify and give us fair justice
