The Andhra Pradesh High Court today rejected the request of the CBI for filing a House Motion petition opposing the bail granted by the CBI Court at Nampally on April 13 to Jagathi Publications Vice-Chairman Vijay Sai Reddy in the alleged disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Chief Justice Madan Bhim Rao Lokur who heard the CBI officials plea at his residence, rejected their request and asked them to file the petition in the court tomorrow.

The CBI Court had imposed conditions on Reddy while granting bail asking him to surrender his passport and not leave the city without informing the investigating agency.
