JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Tata Capital Limited as lenders’ legal counsel in connection with multiple rupee term loan facilities aggregating to INR 305.39 crore extended to Enerparc group entities.
The financing comprised: (a) a rupee term loan facility to Enerparc Solar Power 6 Private Limited; (b) a rupee term loan facility to Enerparc Solar Power 9 Private Limited; and (c) a rupee term loan facility to Enerparc Solar Power 10 Private Limited.
JSA advised on the structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of the financing and security documentation in relation to the transaction.
The mandate was led by Karan Mitroo, Partner with support from the lending team comprising Surbhi Jain, Principal Associate, and Shantanu Awasthi, Associate.
