A special court today allowed the plea of NIA Hyderabad seeking three days transit remand of suspected Indian Mujahideen (IM) operatives Tehsin Akhtar and Zia-Ur-Rahman alias Waqas, wanted for their alleged roles in the Dilsukhnagar twin blasts in February last year.
