Delhi based law firm Agarwal Law Associates (ALA) got three new associate partners as the company has promoted Rajeev Kumar, Neeha Nagpal and Ankur Saigal to the next level citing their dedication and tremendous performance. Advocate Rajeev Kumar is the most senior among new partners.
Established in 1964 by EC Agrawala, the company currently has Mahesh Agarwal, Rishi Agrawala and Shally Bhasin as Associate Partners.
Advocate Rajeev Kumar completed his law graduation in 2001 from Campus Law Centre of Delhi University and joined hands with ALA in 2004. Rajeev handles matters at NCLT and NCLAT. He mainly focuses on company law and IBC.
After working with Ms. Bina Gupta Ankur got engaged with the law giant in 2012. He is a 2006 graduate and primarily focuses on Supreme Court practice.
Neeha, a graduate of the University of Warwick, joined ALA in 2009. She focuses on the corporate-criminal practice and has represented the Essar Group in the 2G trial. She is also focusing on bank fraud cases, International Arbitration, Insolvency Law, and Electricity Law.
