The bail application of the former Haryana Home Minister Gopal Kanda has been adjourned by the Supreme Court.
Gopal Kanda who is in jail on the charges of abetting the suicide jof airhostess Geetika Sharma has been filed a bail application.
Both the trial court as well as Delhi high court have rejected his bail application.
Kanda has approached the Supreme Court for bail.
His manager Aruna Chaddha is also an accused in the case.
The police is also investigating the allegation of Gopal Kanda’s involvement in the suicide of the mother of the airhostess.
