All 29 judges of Rajasthan High Court unanimously decided to make public their assets and also those owned by their dependents.
Chief Justice Jagdish Bhalla told reporters, “All the judges of the HC have taken a consensus decision to disclose their assets. Besides, it has also been resolved that the assets of the dependents and spouse shall also be made public.”
The details of the assets of the judges will now be made available on the website of the Rajasthan HC. All the judges have also been asked by the Chief Justice to make the disclosure as soon as possible.
This is a right decison of the hon’ble judges of our highcourt.
