1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled
Castes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2002.
2.Amendment of the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.
2. Amendment of the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.-The
Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 is hereby amended in the manner and to the extent specified hereunder, namely:-
(a) in PART XIII.-Orissa,-
(i) omit entry 22;
(ii) omit entry 90;
(iii) after entry 93, insert-
“94. Mangali (in Koraput and Kalahandi districts)
95. Mirgan (in Navrangpur district).”;
(b) in PART XIV.-Punjab,-
(i) for entry 9, substitute-
“9. Chamar, Jatia Chamar, Rehgar, Raigar, Ramdasi, Ravidasi, Ramdasia, Ramdasia Sikh, Ravidasia, Ravidasia Sikh.”;
(ii) after entry 37, insert-
“38. Mochi.”;
(c) in PART XIX.-West Bengal,-
(i) for entry 22, substitute-
“22. Hari, Mehtar, Mehtor, Bhangi, Balmiki.”;
(ii) after entry 59, insert-
“60. Chain (in Malda, Murshidabad, Nadia and Dakshin Dinajpur districts).”. —-

What is the position of TIAR, TIOR Cast OF ODISHA .These community should be included in SC list.I want to know about matter
Sir, I have been promoted to DCE grade on 01-11-1994.As per the promotion policy I could have been given next promotion on 1-11-97. But i got next promotion on 01-01-2004 only. While asking the management,they have replied service rendered between 1994 and 1997 was not taken into account.can i go legally now.
sir, orissa state my complaint is that odisha full devloped a caste but that caste still in schedule caste that caste is( dhibar ,kaibarth ,keuta) change this caste genral/o.b.c this caste dev.89% in orissa andhar state given to this caste o.b.c but orissa given to schedule caste why
What is the position of chamar or mochi community in Schedule Cast rule-2002(Specially in Goa). Above community are omitted from SC list or not? I want to know about matter.
