The Al-Ameen Education society has numerous colleges in its repertoire. The society was spearheaded in 1996 by Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan aided by a trusted few employees. The name Al – Ameen heralds the values that the college stands for. The term translates into “trust worthy”. With over 135 educational institutions, Al – Ameen educational society is a true treasure trove of education.
With schools, destitute homes, teacher training, tailoring and technical education institutes, the society reaches every strata of society and encompasses the entire spectrum of education. Of all the institutions, Al-Ameen College of Law is a microcosm of the educational society itself.
Established in Bangalore in the year 1991, the Al-Ameen College of Law has risen to being a sought after establishment of education. The college is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University in Hubli. Further, it is also recognized by the Bar Council of India.
The motivation or inspiration to establish a college of law stemmed from the need to serve society and to educate students about the law of the country. The sole driving purpose behind the institution is the need to give young minds quality legal education. Of all the objectives set forth by the college, the devotion to education as an entity unto itself stands out.
