District Consumer Court In Bijapur Karnataka

Hi,
i have purchased nokia Lumia 920 black color mobile from flipkart and received on18 oct 2013. But from middle portion to back side middle portion become very hot cannot hold the phone. Even when only browsing i.e doing only single task at a time. Called to flipkart customer care several time theysay they will call me.but they are least bothered. Pls tell what to do
