Sir, I have served at Oriental Bank of commerce Mahesh Nagar,Ambala cantt(Hry) through Paramvir Security B-1/B South city,Near Signature Tower,Gurgaon(Hry)the security agency promiss to deposit the EPF fund Rs 1000/_ per month both employee and employdr share.In the first month they deposit Rs 934/_ total but after that they vary the amount up to Rs 78/- only in some month I served from 05/07/2010 to 08/05/2014 in these 46 month they deposit Rs 8168 (employee ) + Rs2496 (employer share) G/Total Rs 10664/_ only. Hence they deposit as per first month @ 934 Rs × 46 = Rs 42964/_ excluding entrest. Please guide me what should we do now because after request they don,t issue single salary slip.
