Hi was working with southall travel(onkar infotech),as they are terminating me without any prior notice because of a small argument with an airline representative. As per my information i am entitled to get three months salary as a compensation. they are not ready to pay me even for a month. Please help me in that as they are forcing me to resign instead. I need the urgent help. please

I was working with a Propfinder India Pvt Ltd(India Property Online Pvt Ltd ) for 1.9 years. I resigned the company 3rd Feb 2016 . I received the Relieving letter and Experience letter. The HR told me that full and final settlement with my pending incentive and conveyance would be done after 2 months according to company policy. But it’s almost 4 months and no settlement has been done. I am following them from the day I relived from that organization.
Every-time they give only excuses and holding my money.
It’s approx. 4 months I am waiting my conveyance and incentive . Now it’s very difficult for me to survive because I already take some money from my friends.
Please help me out from this.

I am the employee of the FIS Global Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. 402, i Park, Plot no. 15 Udyog Vihar PH-4, Gurgaon 122016, Haryana, INDIA.
On 09th of December, 2015 I lost my mobile phone (Sony Xperia c3, Cost Rs.20500) from the company’s locker. I gave the phone to my Team leader Hazel. She then kept the phone in the locker. Then for the whole day I did not take my phone.
When my shift was over then I went to collect my phone from the locker with the other employees. Then I did not find my mobile there.
After the HR and the Governance meeting they are saying that we will not give me the claim for the phone. It has been 10 days now I have not heard anything from them. They were saying that we will resolve the issue within 2-3 days. But no one is paying the attention this matter. My team leader assures me on daily basis that I will have the HR meeting but nothing is happening.
I just want to say that this is not my fault at all as we all the employees gave the phone to my team leader Hazel. If company cannot take the responsibility of the phone then why they asked for our mobile phone. It has not been stolenlost from my pocket. Company should have provided us the personal locker from the training. But they said they do not have the locker available and the other side they says that it is the client requirement to not keep the phone on the floor. Then if this is the case the company should have provided us the locker.
I want the claim. The phone’s cost is equal to my 1 month’s salary and I am not so rich so that I can afford the new phone. It’s been 10 days now I am without any phone,
