Mumbai, 24th March 2026: JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Centrum Capital Limited (CCL) on the sale of CCL’s entire shareholding in Centrum Housing Finance Limited to Weaver Services Private Limited (Weaver).
Founded by Mr. Satrajit Bhattacharya, Weaver has been established with the intent to enter the affordable home finance space and is backed by marquee investors such as Premji Invest, Lightspeed, and Gaja Capital.
