Mr.N.
D. Buch, learned advocate for Nanavaty Advocates appearing for the
petitioners submits that he will produce on record the communication
dated 27th December, 2007 whereby the petitioner’s earlier
representation was rejected. He will also produce all the annexures
which are attached with the petitioner’s representation dated 3rd
August, 2009 which is still pending according to the petitioner. He
will fortify his submission that the petitioner has made the said
representation on 3rd August, 2009 and the same is still
pending for consideration by the respondent authority.
After
the aforesaid documents are produced, the Court will pass appropriate
order in the matter. The matter is adjourned to 29th
April, 2010.
