3 07.04.2011 Today again, on call, none appeared on behalf of

the petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. Same was the position on earlier occasion also

which is evident from order dated 6.4.2011.

Heard Sri Suryabansh Rai, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1/ Regional Provident

Fund Commissioner, who submits that, the petitioner is not

entitled to get any relief.

The petition stands dismissed due to non-

prosecution.
