Anticipatory bail application filed by Mallu Mian, in connection 
with Lokai Narainpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. 
No. 345 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, 
Giridih, is moved by Sri A.K. Amar, learned  counsel for the petitioner 
and opposed by Sri Amitabh, learned Additional P.P. for the State.

Victim   stated   that   he   was   abducted   on   the   instance   of 
petitioner.

Considering   the   same,  I   am   not   inclined   to   enlarge   the 
petitioner   on   anticipatory   bail.   Accordingly,   the   anticipatory   bail 
application is rejected.
