                               JUDGMENT

Seeking revision of Exhibit P1 timings in respect of the

petitioner’s vehicle bearing registration no. KL-7/R 6669, the petitioner

has filed Exhibit P2 to the second respondent. Complaint in this writ

petition is regarding the delay on the part of the second respondents in

considering Exhibit P2.

Having regard to the above grievance, this writ petition is

disposed of directing that if Exhibit P2 has been received and is

pending, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass

orders. This shall be done expeditiously as possible at any rate within

eight weeks of production of copy of this judgment.
