Shri P.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel has stated that the opposite party
is present in Court today in another matter, but as she has been relieved from
the post of Collector, Jaunpur, as such, the applicant may implead the new
incumbent on the said post. The learned counsel for the applicant declined to
implead the new incumbent and according to him the contempt as alleged has
been committed by the opposite party.
From the office report, it appears that the notices have not been served upon
the opposite party.
However, Sri P.K. Pandey has prayed for and is allowed three weeks’ time to
file reply on behalf of opposite party .
List this case on 12.7.2010.
If by the next date fixed, the condition as imposed in the earlier order dated
2.4.2010 while issuing notice is carried out, the opposite party need not
appear.
