Counter affidavit filed today, is taken on record according to which the lady
petitioner is not being wanted in any manner in respect of Case Crime No.121
of 2010 under Section 376/313 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Kheri.

At the same time, it has been denied that the lady petitioner was ever harassed
by the police. Be that as it may but in view of the above, this petition is
finally disposed of with an observation that since the lady petitioner is not
wanted in the aforesaid case crime number, she will not be harassed
unnecessarily in respect of the aforesaid case crime.
