way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to
set aside the order dated 2/3/1993 posting the petitioner from the
post of Octroi Sub Inspector to the post of Water Works Clerk. By
efflux of time, present petition has become infructuous. In that
view of the matter, Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
Interim relief, if any, stands vacated accordingly.
