AJAI LAMBA, J (Oral)

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

seeks quashing of complaint, Annexure P-8.

Learned counsel for the petitioners

contends that similar earlier complaints were made,

however, finding no truth in the allegations, the

same were dismissed. The complaint has been initiated

only to harass the petitioner.

On a pointed query of the Court,

learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able

to show whether cognizance of the complaint has been

taken or not. No order that would affect the rights
Crl. Misc. No. M-5438 of 2008 [2]

of the petitioner adversely has been placed on

record.

No cause of action arises in this

petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
