Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the learned
A.C.M.M. Ist, Kanpur Nagar was not having jurisdiction to take cognizance
against the applicant.

Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and
the learned A.G.A., further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 2263 of 2009
under section 138 N.I.Act, pending in the court of Additional Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate, Ist Kanpur Nagar shall remain stayed till the next
date of listing.

List after four weeks for orders.
