Heard Sri I.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel for opposite parties No. 1 and 2.

On objection being raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner
has got specific, efficacious and alternative remedy by preferring a Claim
Petition before U.P. State Public Services Tribunal, learned counsel for the
petitioner did not satisfy the Court as to why the petitioner may not be
relegated to the alternative remedy by approaching the Tribunal.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative
remedy.
