ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 7.11.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, S E Railway, Kolkata
seeking Xerox copy of circular issued by CPO(Admn), S E Railway The PIO replied on 25.11.2010
enclosing the copy of the circular. The Applicant filed his first appeal on 10.1.11 stating that the
circular received by her is not the one she is seeking and once again sought the correct document.
She then filed her second appeal on 27.4.11 before the Commission seeking for the copy of the
circular once again.
Decision.
2. During the hearing the Respondent submitted that on receipt of hearing notice from the Commission
the required circular of 1994 as mentioned by the Appellant was sent to her on 11.8.11. She further
stated that inadvertently a circular bearing a similar number was provided to the Appellant by the PIO
in the first instance. Since the information has been provided to the Appellant, the Commission
directs that the case be closed.
