Respondent Nos. 1 to 5/State and Sri J.P. Karn, learned

counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.

6/Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

The present writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner with a prayer to direct the Respondents to revise

his pension and grant other retiral dues.

Learned counsel for the State submits that

during the pendency of the writ petition all the grievances

of the petitioner have already been redressed. He submits

that such fact has been mentioned in the counter affidavit

filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not

dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the

State.

In view of stand taken by the parties there is no

need to further keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
