ORDER

Present
application has been preferred by the applicants / petitioners under
Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the
Arbitration Act) to appoint sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes
between the petitioners and the respondents with respect to
partnership firm M/s. Bholanath Transport Company .

Having
heard the learned advocate Shri Jigar Raval, appearing on behalf of
the petitioners and Shri Prabhakar Upadhyay, learned advocate
appearing on behalf of the respondents and with the consent of
learned advocates for the respective parties, Hon’ble Mr.Justice
R.A.Mehta, retired Judge of this Court, residing at C-71, Akash
Tower, Nr. Judges Bungalow, Premchand Nagar Road, Ahmedabad : 380

054. is hereby appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate and
resolve the disputes between the parties and declare the award at
the earliest and preferably within a period of 1 (one) month from
the date of first sitting and the first sitting shall be within a
period of 1 (one) month from today.

With
this, present Arbitration Petition is disposed of. No costs.
