J U D G M E N T
The petitioner herein was a student of Jyothi
Engineering College, Cheruthuruthy for B.Tech Information
Technology Degree course for the year 2005-09. The said
college is affiliated to the first respondent University.
2. The petitioner appeared for the fifth semester
supplementary examination during the month of June, 2009.
When the results were published during the second week of
February, 2010, it was found that she failed in Digital
Data Communication – IT 04 502. She submitted application
for revaluation of the said paper. Ext.P1 is the copy of
the application for revaluation.
3. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the
University. There will be a direction to the respondents
to complete the process of revaluation as requested for in
Ext.P1 application, if the application for revaluation
along with the requisite fee covered by the chalan have
been received and are in order and, communicate the result
thereof, within a period of eight weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
