Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record an order passed by a
co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 14.6.2010 by which the arrest of the co-
accused has been stayed in the same case, crime number and offence.
Accordingly, the order passedon 11.6.2010 by this Court is recalled and
following order shall be substituted in place thereof:-
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
appearing for the State-respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the
impugned F.I.R., the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the
submission of report by the police under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the
petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.99 of 2010, under Sectios
419, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Suriyanwan, District Sant Ravidas Nagar
(Bhadohi).
