ORAL ORDER
Pursuant
to the order passed by this Court on 14.5.2010 Principal of the
respondent No.2 College Shri Jagdish Udani is present in the
Court. He files short affidavit tendering apology. The same is taken
on record. However, letter dated 10.12.2009 which is produced at
page-9 to the petition is written by P.A. to Dr. M. K. Shah. The
Court, therefore, inquired from Mr.N.D.Nanavati, learned Senior
Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 as to whether Dr. M.K.Shah
is connected with the respondent No.2 College or in what capacity the
said letter was addressed by P.A. to Dr. M. K. Shah and whether Dr.
M. K. Shah is connected with any other institution and such
institution had not refunded the amount of this nature though
demanded by the aggrieved persons in the past. Mr.Nanavati states
that he will take necessary instructions and place it on record. The
matter is, therefore, adjourned to 24.6.2010. To be placed in the
First Board.
