the Bank’s Area Regional Manager. During the hearing it was brought to the
notice of the Commission that the appellant by his letter dated 8.8.2008 has
expressed his satisfaction over the information received and he is willing to
withdraw the appeal. In view of this and in view of the documents on record,
appeal is decided as withdrawn.
