Rule
returnable on 24th October 2008. The pleadings shall be
completed before the next date of hearing.

The
respondent shall calculate the amount in question and shall deposit
the same before this Court within a period of six weeks. It is made
clear that the respondent no.4 shall provide all the relevant papers
within a period of two weeks from today.

The
respondent no.4 is personally present today. On assurance that he
shall submit all the papers within the aforesaid stipulated time, he
shall not be required to remain personally present henceforth unless
called for.
