Mr.G.I.Desai, learned Advocate for the
respondent-plaintiff-husband, states that the respondent
plaintiff has withdrawn H.M.P. No.229/96, which was
pending in the court of learned 7th Extra Asstt. Judge,
Baroda. The petition has thus become infructuous with
regard to transfer of the said HMP suit. The petition
accordingly stands disposed of. Notice discharged.
Ad-interim relief stands vacated.
