Aggrieved against the order dated 19.08.2009, passed by

respondent No.1-Director, Rural Development & Panchayats Department

(Punjab),Mohali (Punjab), dismissing the application for stay filed by the

petitioner-applicant (herein referred as ‘the petitioner’), he has preferred this

petition.

Heard. As per report, the possession has already been taken by

the Gram Panchayat, therefore, no injunction could be granted.

Dismissed. However, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of

this appeal within six months.
