Heard
learned advocates for the parties. In view of the averments made in
the application and looking to the fact that no affidavit has been
filed controverting the averments, the delay of 129 days caused in
filing the first appeal is required to be condoned. Accordingly,
delay is condoned. Civil application stands allowed accordingly.
First appeal may come up for hearing as to admission in due course.
