4 12-10-2011 Learned counsel for the appellant very fairly

submits that the required amount of Rs. 3,000/- has not

been deposited with the Registrar General, as required

by order dated 10-2-2010. He submits that the money

was not deposited and, therefore, no notice could be

issued to the respondents for purpose of compromise

because the respondent wife has started living with the

appellant. He prays to withdraw this Miscellaneous

Appeal.

In view of aforesaid facts, this appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn.
