This is an application seeking extension of

time granted to avail the privilege to the petitioners

vide order dated 19.07.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

20823/2011 in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No,

70/2010, pending before Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur.

Submission is that under unavoidable

circumstances within stipulated period the petitioners

failed to avail the liberty. Taking into consideration, by

way of last indulgence, time to avail the privilege is

extended till 22nd November 2011.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to

the court below through Fax at the cost of the

petitioners.
