circumstances of the appearance to be only party proforma.

Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 under registered

cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites

etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected without further reference to the

Bench.

List this matter after receipt of the same.

Till appearance of O.P. No. 2, further proceeding

against above named petitioner in Complaint Case No. 3059 of

2010 pending in the Court of Shri Mithilesh Kumar, J.M. 1st

Class, Muzaffarpur shall remain stayed.
