This is second bail application of the applicant, who has been
arrested in Crime No.154/2009 registered at Police Station Rampur
Naikin, District Sidhi for offence under section 20-B of the NDPS
Act.

2.5 Kg of ‘ganja’ has been seized from the applicant and
applicant is involved in various criminal cases.

Considering these circumstances, earlier bail application was
rejected by this Court. There is no change in the circumstances.

Accordingly, this application is also rejected.
