FACTS
:-
The matter, in short, is that the Appellant had sent an application in Form 10 (C)
requesting for issue of Scheme Survey for his membership in FPF/EPF from 1987 to
2000 at EPFO, New Delhi. As he did not receive any response thereto, vide his RTI
application dated 03/05/2008, he had sought information on 02 paras.
2. Dissatisfied with the decisions of the CPIO and the AA, he has filed the present
appeal.
3. Heard on 21/07/2009. Appellant present. The public authority is represented by
the officers named above. It is the submission of Shri Sharma that if the Appellant
submits Form 10(C) again to RPFC, Haldwani, he will issue Scheme Survey within a
weeks time. The Appellant agrees to do so.
DECISION
4. The matter is disposed of in the above terms.
