The matter was taken up in the revised list, the case is listed under the heading
of the old cases.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2003 and there is no interim stay in
favour of the petitioner.

Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing the orders dated 23.4.2002 and
26.4.2002.

By the aforesaid order certain instructions/directions have been given by the
District Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ghaziabad to be complied
with.

On the perusal of the facts and the grounds so taken, we are not satisfied with
any of the grounds which has been made to issue a writ as prayed.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
