: i
1. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 21/9/2010. But, the appellant
did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing. The appeal is, therefore,
examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the CPIO and the Appellate Authority have duly replied and furnished the
information. Being dissatisfied with the CPIO’s response, the appellant has
pleaded for providing complete information.
Decision:
3. As there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of the Act, the appellant is
advised to seek inspection of the relevant documents u/s 2(j) of the Act. Upon
inspection of records, he may clearly specify the information, which may be
furnished to him, as per the provisions of the Act.

4. Both the parties should mutually decide a convenient date and time for
inspection of records within 15 working days from the date of receipt of this
decision.
5. The appeal is thus disposed of.
